Discipline has to have an element of pleasure.

Nate Caudle

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

My name is Nate. Since I was about 15, I’ve known that fitness was always going to be a major part of my life. It all started with a set of dumbbells, and a dream of joining the military. Before I knew it, I was in the local LA Fitness every day, with the new goal of putting on every ounce of muscle mass I could to try to get girls to actually like me (little did I know at the time, they actually appreciate it if you have a personality, too.) Fast forward a few years, and I found myself competing in triathlons and marathons, with completely different goals and a refreshed perspective on fitness itself.

Through all of those varied experiences, I was able to find one ever-present truth. Fitness is about keeping your mind healthy just as much as keeping your body healthy. The mental health benefits of working out have completely transformed me as a person, and have allowed me to become more focused and present in every other aspect of my life. This realization is what inspired me to pursue my ACE Personal Trainer Certification, and channel my passion into a way to help others.

Fitness is about more than just building muscle, losing weight, and looking great at the beach. Don’t get me wrong, those things are all awesome and achievable, but they often don’t hold up as motivation to sustain a healthy lifestyle. In my opinion, the true magic of fitness is within bettering yourself to improve the relationships in your life, and forging the discipline to create a positive self-image that you can carry 24/7.

You deserve to be the healthiest version of yourself. The resources to do exactly that will be be consolidated on this web page over the next few months. I have two programs that will be available in mid-April, and I’ll be offering online fitness coaching services beginning this fall. Until then, my blog will be updated weekly with articles that provide fresh takes on fitness concepts, as well as straight-forward ways to begin building a healthier lifestyle. If you have any questions, comments, or ideas for topics you would like me to write about, feel free to shoot me an email at redcatfitness@gmail.com. Remember, Fitness Doesn’t Have to Suck!

Online Fitness Coaching Coming in Fall 2024

If interested, please reach out with any questions, recommendations, or inquiries. The best way for me to provide the most effective services is to hear from potential clients themselves on what they’re looking for in a fitness coach, so I’d love to hear from you!
